Wassup people of W22 & W45! Yeah...its me, regina...finally with some of my UK updates. It's been almost two weeks here. I'm so loving this place. However, there's no place better to be than Malaysia!
From the first day I came into Sheffield, one thing I've found very peculiar is that I always hear police/ambulance sirens the whole day. Not just once, but numerous times. I sometimes wonder, is it crime or emergency.
Oh well, I'm still kicking here...already getting used to the britian cultures, accents and roads. Those of you who dislike walking, coming here is a good option to "like walking". We walk for hours...sometimes even non-stop, especially during sight-seeings and England trips. Without further urdue...lets roll the pictures!

The library is really cool. The internet connection is super super fast. And we can bring our bags in! Not just that, we can eat in the library.
Awesome, huh?
(P/S: My black Jacket only costs RM6. Cheap, eh?)

There is a supertram in the middle of the city, something like train, but with cables on top.

Meadowhall is like a bigger version of KLCC, with all its branded shops in it. This is one of the best place for shopping! Some sources said that summer sales are coming up in July.
Girls, that's the perfect place and time shop!

Now, let me take you to the beautiful, historical city of YORK!
Firstly, this is the Clifford's tower (York castle)
In 1190, the Jews were seeking protection within the castle due to violent outburns against them in England. They rather commit suicide in the tower than to fall into the hands of the mob. In the 1300, the castle was rebuilt in stone - named after Roger de Clifford.
Behind me is the picture of the York signature - the clock.
The red soldier army/band were having a performance in conjunction with the official birthday of the Queen of England. The ceremony was held in Museum Garden.
We are now at the famous tourism spot - York Minster!
York Minster is a Gothic cathedral in York. York has had a Christian presence from the 300s. The church went through many difficulties and was constantly destroyed. It was recently renovated in 1988 after the destruction of a fire 4 years ago.

I miss cell group, church, and everyone there. I can't wait to be back in September!
