Hello peeps! Christmas is coming!! Hohoho... =) we'll be having our very own w22 Christmas Party on this coming Thursday(18-12-2008)! Here are the details of the party:
Time: 8pm (can come earlier to prepare!)
Venue: Yvonne Chan's house (Jessie's fren)

Dress code: Christmas-ish & nice :)

cendol????no!!....what malaysian christmas all...like no more christmas feeling lor..anybody can make spaghetti,roast chicken (like jonson's)....or baked vegetable...etc..?aiyo.....
NOT nasi lemak,kari,cendol,satay all lor..
i know...cendol that uses caramel or toffee, with chocolate sauce, with some cinnamon apples underneath and topped whipped cream instead of d cendol, santan n coconut :p...tadaaa u have xmas cendol! ahahah
seasonal meats like ham, turkey ham, lamb, roast beef, meatloaf etc can b bought in like giant, carrefour, cold storage. they r specially made 4 xmas n they r not very expensive. or u can try 2 order frm mr.ho's fine foods as well, in BSC or MValley
hmm just had a craving for like an apple or cranberry pie....haha...
oh if wanna order better do it early if not, it wont b in time
ps they r very filling so dont underestimate their size...
yeah apple or cranberry pie is a good idea!! but where can we order from? anyone knows?
anyway regina will be bringing roasted chicken right.. Cher suggest at Jusco there got very nice roast chicken, may be regina can get from there? :)
yea, jusco's roast chickens r vey nice, i've eaten on a few occasions..ey, jaslynn will b making ice kacang rite, den it wun be right without cendol wat..hhhm, substitute wit cincau also can:D
take note that there are some changes in our menu ya, now trying to 'westernise' the menu, haha. :D
aaron, nice comment on the toffee caramel, cinnamon apples...etc. this is really u. haha...eh if dont get from jusco then ok ar?
jessie, shall i get 1 roasted chicken n 1 black pepper chicken? i think giant got sell...if ok den i check it out first ya.
giant nice anot??...can test wan rite...they have testers...the jusco one looks quite nice....oh yea and mr ho's fine foods also got and cold storage!..
i think cold storage one is nice cuz they have a lot of western items there so should be better
and aaron..toffee,caramel,cinnamon is nice!...alone or as a pie, cake or biscuit LAR not with ice...yucks..

Oh and i think theres a little too much dessert?
maybe two desserts enough...every one gets a portion should be just right...

i tried d giant meats like 7 yrs ago?! forgot how it was like, but it was very decent n dunno if d standard dropped onot
Yeah regina for the rosted chicken it would be nice to get one black pepper + one roasted. :) well as for the chicken from Giant i'm not sure too, mayb like cher said just try before buying ya..if not nice can just get from Jusco/Cold storage.
As for the amount of people, we are expecting around 30 people.. only 2 person told me about bringing new friends, so I'm not so sure of the total till now.
So yeah Jaslynn has got a Ice Kacang machine, so we can put whatever we want and make our own ice kacang!:D
So if u guys have caramel or toffee or chocolate cream can just bring along, then can put on your ice kacang! :)
